What hardware do I need for Cassalina?
A tablet or computer with a browser and, for card payments on site, a SumUp terminal. You pair the POS once with a code; after that everyone signs in with their PIN.
What happens if the internet goes down?
You keep taking cash. Sales are stored on the device and sent with the final receipt number as soon as the connection is back.
How do deposits against no-shows work?
For each service you decide whether online payment is required, optional or off. The slot is held for 15 minutes and confirmed once paid. Cancel in time and the refund is automatic.
